Berlinda Green

Berlinda Green, age 71, died May 13, 2017, at her daughter’s residence in Wichita, KS. She was born February 15, 1946 in Pickens, AR, the daughter of Luvell and Jennie Mae (Collins) Ricks, Sr.

She attended Dumas High School in Dumas, AR.

On March 10, 2000 she married Charles Green in Little Rock, AR. He survives.

She worked in housekeeping at the Warren Hotel; she worked as a welder at Tradewinds Industries in Liberal, KS; she worked as a sales clerk for Anthony’s Clothing Store and as a cashier for WalMart all in Liberal, KS. She then transferred to the store WalMart in Little Rock, AR and retired after working for WalMart for over twenty years.

She enjoyed attending church and playing bingo.

23 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2017 at Liberal Cemetery in Liberal, KS with Superintend Lawrence Johnson, Bibleway Church of God in Christ, presiding.

Visitation will be 9:00 am to 12:00 p.m. Friday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
