Elvie May Quint, age 86, died October 8, 2016 at Homestead Estates Home Plus in Liberal, KS. She was born June 14, 1930 in Grant County, KS, the daughter of Stanley Ed and Thelma (Grant) Brollier.
She graduated from Sublette High School, Sublette, KS in 1948. She had been a resident of Liberal for the past 63 years.
She a homemaker and co-owner and operator of the Holiday Laundry, in Liberal for 20 years.
She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, St. Anthony of Padua Alter Society, Southwest Medical Center Auxiliary, Red Hats Society and Quilting Clubs. She enjoyed square dancing, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an Arizona Snowbird from 1988 to 2010.
On October 25, 1949, she married Clarence C. Quint in Dodge City, KS. He died February 26, 2011.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
Vigil and Rosary will be 7:00 pm Monday, October 17, 2016, at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel, 1212 W. 2nd, Liberal, KS.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Fr. James P. Dieker presiding. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2:00 – 5:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 am until Vigil and Rosary on Monday at Brenneman Funeral Home. The family will be present from 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Sunday to greet friend.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in care of the Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
