Faye Maxine Munsell, age 99, died Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society in Liberal, Kansas.
She was born on June 12, 1921 daughter of Jessie and Alwida Brenton in Mooreland, Oklahoma.
Life Events
Maxine married the love of her life, Noble Lyman Munsell, on September 2, 1929 in Mooreland, Oklahoma. They were married 44 years until his death on July 19, 1983. Together they raised 4 sons, Doug, Dick, Dusty and Darcy and 1 daughter Sherri. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survived by:
Her sons, Doug and his wife, Elaine of Liberal, Kansas
Dick and his wife, Betty of Woodward, Oklahoma
Dusty and his wife, Becky of Calumet, Oklahoma
Her daughter, Sherri and her husband, Paul Castillo of Liberal, Kansas
11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lyman Munsell and son, Darcy Munsell.
