Sharon Kay Crosby

Sharon Kay Crosby, age 70, died February 2, 2018 at Southwest Medical Center, KS. She was born March 15, 1947 in Ashland, KS, the daughter of Marion Neil and Mavis Marguerite (Graham) Sawyers.

She graduated from Tyrone High School, Tyrone, OK, in 1966. She attended Seward Count Community College at Liberal, KS.

On February 22, 1975 she married Calvin C. Crosby at Liberal, KS. He survives.

She had resided in Liberal, KS for 42 years.

She worked at the Seward County Sheriff’s Department as a dispatcher and clerk. She was the manager of Cigarette Outlet in Liberal for 14 years.

22 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents 1 Daughter Holly Mundt, 1 Brother Richard “Tuffy” Sawyers, 1 Sisters Rita “Sam” Thomason, 1 daughter in law Diane Crosby, and 1 great granddaughter Nevaeh Mundt.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kevin Alexander presiding. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be 9:00 am to service time at the Brenneman Funeral Home.
