Steve Lynn Kisner

Stephen Lynn “Steve” Kisner, age 62, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019 at his residence in Liberal, Kansas.

He was born on October 5, 1956 in Liberal, KS, to Daniel Eugene and Norma Joan (Blosser) Kisner.

Steve was married to Patricia Ann Yearick June 26, 1976 at the Plains Methodist Church. Patricia died 2006.

He was the owner and operator of Kisner & Son’s Construction Company, in Liberal. Steve’s main focus was his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, following his children around to wrestling events, playing games, cards and spending time on the computer. Steve was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

15 Grandchildren Brandon, Alex, Bryan, Kyhla, Elijah, Layla, Nehemiah, Korra, Angel, Aaliyah, Ellis, Jax, Kaydance, Faith and Levi. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 18, at Brenneman Funeral Home, with the family present to greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 19, at Brenneman Funeral Home with Bob Deacon presiding. Burial will be in Plains Cemetery, Plains, KS.

Memorial contributions may made to Dan and Joan Kisner Scholarship Fund for Southwestern Heights High School or to assist the family with expenses in care of Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd, Liberal, KS 67901
