Darrell J.H. ‘Jay’ Hay, 78, died on January 8, 2022 at Wheatridge Care Park in Liberal Kansas. Services are pending, and full obituary will run in a latter edition of the Leader and Times. Per Jay’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, he requested that you make a memorial donation to the First Baptist Church, The Liberal Bee Jays, or Kids, Incorporated in his memory.
