Francisco “El Roka” Javier Sevilla Guzman, age 40, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend died on Thursday, October 09, 2025, in Englewood, Colorado.

Francisco was born on September 12, 1985, in Cocula, Jalisco, Mexico, to Miguel Angel Sevilla and Maria de la Luz Guzman Lepe. He graduated from Liberal High School and continued his education at SCCC Technical School where he studied Paint and Auto Body. He went on to work at Halliburton before becoming a livestock driver for National Carriers, Inc. until his passing. He loved going fishing, or spending time with friends riding his RZR. Francisco was a big fan of sports cars, motorcycles, fishing, and the San Francisco 49ers. This love for the 49ers, he passed on to his nephew Oliver in a house full of Chiefs Fans. He loved to spoil his nephews, which he loved to take with him on outings. He was a devoted uncle to his nieces as well. He was a beloved friend to many for his kind, goofy and loyal nature. He was always willing to help those who needed help. Francisco lived his life to the fullest, one day at a time and made sure to enjoy it. His motto was “Easy Does It”, to him it meant live life to the fullest, as you only live once.

Francisco is survived by his parents, Miguel Angel Sevilla and Maria de la Luz Guzman Lepe of Liberal, Kansas,

Sister, Fatima Sevilla of Liberal, Kansas,

Nephews, Juan Miguel Sevilla, Jr., and

Oliver Ortega,

Nieces, Odette Ortega, Olivia Ortega, Jimena Sevilla, Iliana Molina.

He is preceded in death by his older brother, Juan Miguel Sevilla “Pancho Villa”.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM, Monday, October 20, 2025, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas.

Funeral Mass will 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Reverend Charles Seiwert will be celebrating.

A burial will follow at the Liberal Cemetery.

Francisco "El Roka" Javier Sevilla Guzmán, de 40 años, un amado hijo, hermano, tío y amigo, falleció el jueves 09 de octubre de 2025 en Englewood, Colorado.

Francisco nació el 12 de septiembre de 1985 en Cocula, Jalisco, México, hijo de Miguel Ángel Sevilla y María de la Luz Guzmán Lepe. Se graduó de Liberal High School y continuó su educación en la Escuela Técnica SCCC, donde estudió Pintura y Carrocería. Luego trabajó en Halliburton antes de convertirse en conductor de ganado para National Carriers, Inc. hasta su fallecimiento. Le encantaba ir a pescar o pasar tiempo con amigos montando su RZR. Francisco era un gran fanático de los autos deportivos, las motocicletas, la pesca y los San Francisco 49ers. Este amor por los 49ers, se lo transmitió a su sobrino Oliver en una casa llena de fanáticos de los Chiefs. Le encantaba mimar a sus sobrinos, a los que le encantaba llevar con él en las salidas/paseos. También era un tío devoto de sus sobrinas. Era un amigo querido para muchos por su naturaleza amable, juguetóna y leal. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a quienes necesitaban ayuda. Francisco vivió su vida al máximo, un día a la vez y se aseguró de disfrutarla. ¡Su lema era “Easy Does It”, que se pudiera interpretar como “Con Calma!” para él significaba vivir la vida al máximo, ya que solo se vive una vez.

A Francisco le sobreviven sus padres, Miguel Ángel Sevilla y María de la Luz Guzmán Lepe de Liberal, Kansas,

Hermana, Fátima Sevilla de Liberal, Kansas,

sobrinos, Juan Miguel Sevilla, Jr., y

Oliver Ortega

sobrinas, Odette Ortega, Olivia Ortega, Jimena Sevilla, Iliana Molina.

Le precede en la muerte su hermano mayor, Juan Miguel Sevilla "Pancho Villa".

La visita será de 9:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m. el lunes 20 de octubre de 2025 en la funeraria: Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

El Rosario seguirá a las 7:00 p.m., el lunes 20 de octubre de 2025, en la Iglesia Católica St. Anthony of Padua, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas.

La misa fúnebre será a las 10:00 a.m., el martes 21 de octubre de 2025, en la Iglesia Católica de San Antonio de Padua. El reverendo Charles Seiwert estará celebrando.

Seguirá el entierro en el Cementerio Liberal.
