Gary Michael Allen, Age 68, died on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Gary was born on February 2, 1952 the son of David Edgar and Laurene (Gross) Allen.
He graduated high school.
He married Kathy Leon Obholz on May 29, 1970 in Lakin, Kansas.
Gary was a Field Forman for Anadarko and an Auto Body man for Easley Auto Body.
Favorite pastimes were fishing and golfing. He also loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was an active member of Fellowship Baptist Church
Gary was in the Army.
He is survived by his son

His daughters Angela (Isaac) Eatmon and Jennifer Allen all of Liberal, Kansas,
He is also survived by his brothers, Stan (Phyllis) Allen, Steve Allen, Kenny (Cheryl) Allen, Darold (Linda) Allen, Steve (Tammy) Allen and David (Cathy) Allen
and his sister, Peggy (Kenny) Booth.
And nine grandchildren, Madison and Hayden Martinez, Cameron, Chandler and Chase Eatmon, Kristen, Julian, Meriah and Christopher Allen and 4 great grandchildren, Kellen Braddux, Cambree Eatmon, Aaliyah Eatmon and Penelope Bo Eatmon.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathy Allen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Hornung Family Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
Funeral Services will be held at on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Fellowship Baptist Church 310 W. Pancake Liberal, KS 67901.
Interment will be at Restlawn Cemetery.
