Guadalupe “Lupe” Avitia Mizcles, age 73, died Monday, November 8, 2010 at her residence in Seward County, Kansas.She was born May 16, 1937 in Mexico, the daughter of Jesus and Candelaria (Mixcles) Avitia.On January 31, 1967, she married Herminio Torres at Chihuahua, Mexico. He died April 12, 1988.Survivors include:1 Son: Osvaldo Rodriguez and wife Maloly of Johnson, KS2 Daughters: Rebeca Alvarado and husband Samuel of Liberal, KS Zelma López and husband Salvador of Liberal, KS1 Brother: Hermilo Avitia and wife Cora of Johnson, KS3 Sisters: Chu Ruiz and husband Norberto of Denton, TX Ramona Torres and husband Enrique of Newton, KS Carmelina Ruiz and husband Reyes of Denton, TX6 GrandchildrenIvan and Elvin RodriguezJorge Luis and Amay AlvaradoIzabel A. and Erik Elian LópezShe was preceded in death by her parents and husband.Vigil and Rosary will be 7:00 pm Tuesday, Nov. 9th at St. Anthony Catholic Church.Funeral Mass will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, Nov 10th at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr.
