Henrietta Gray, age 57, died Sunday, July 12, 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was born June 29, 1963 in Pickens, Arkansas, the daughter of Willie and Bruenetter Hanley Gray.
Henrietta moved to Liberal, Kansas December 23, 1973. After graduating from Liberal High School, she worked at several different businesses here in Liberal until she became ill. Sadly, she lost her battle from a traumatic brain injury.
Henrietta was the beloved mother of daughter, Tiffany Gray and husband Thomas Haskett of Liberal, Kansas; and son, RaShad Gibbs also of Liberal, Kansas.
She was the proud grandmother of 2 grandsons, Landen Surrena and Lance Heskett.
Henrietta is survived by her mother, Bruenetter Wrotten; brothers, Ernest (Teresa) Powell of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Richard Gray of Hutchinson, Kansas; sisters, Ida Marie (Robert) Eatmon of Liberal, Kansas, Barbara (Frank) Holman of Liberal, Kansas, and Shirley (Troy) Cooper of Rolla, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her father, Willie Gray; brothers, Mack Jr. Jackson, Michael Jackson; and sister, Rosezetter Clay.
Visitation will be Friday, July 17th, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brenneman Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, in Liberal, Kansas. A graveside service will be Saturday, July 18th, 2020 at the Liberal Cemetery, 1900 W. 15th Street, at 10:30 AM.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA), in care of the Brenneman Hornung Family Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
