Hubert Henry Heeren

After an amazing and full life, Hubert Henry Heeren, age 87, died Thursday, May 25, 2023, in Liberal, Kansas.

He was born on July 17, 1935, on a farm in Milford township, Denison, Iowa, to Peter J. and Annie Marie (Boyles) Heeren. 

Hubert received his education in a rural schoolhouse in Denison, Iowa. At the age of 16, he began his journey working in the carnival business joining the Merriams Midway Carnival. He continued in the carnival business owning several different rides until the season ended in late 1994.

He was united in marriage to his sweetheart, Lois Namanny in May of 1965. She traveled with him for several years.

He is survived by his son, David Misbach of Rohnert Park, California.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lois Heeren,

Parents, Peter J. and Annie Heeren, and two brothers, Alfred and Francis.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Independence Cemetery, Turpin, Oklahoma.
