Jo Ann Cline 64, died, January 7, 2011 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, KS.She was born November 30, 1946 at Liberal, KS, the daughter of James “Dick” and Mabel (Van Sickle) Kapp.She was a 1965 graduate of Hugoton High School and was the 1963 Stevens Co. Sorghum Queen.She married Roger Cline on Dec. 22, 1964 at Hugoton, KS.She was a member of First Christian Church, Hugoton, a member of 4-H and the Moscow Sewing Club. She loved snow skiing, horseback riding and flower gardening. She and her 2 daughters rode horseback in the 1982 Trailride fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation that was from Elkhart to Great Bend, KS.She is survived by2 Daughters: Liesa Cline of Klamath Falls, OR Tiffany Lanning and husband Robbie of Liberal, KSParents of Buhler, KS1 Brother: Craig Kapp of Tyler, TX1 Sister: TJ Hockinson of Buhler, KS6 Grandchildren: Garrot Kilbourne, Lexie Kilbourne, Lacie Lanning of Liberal andKelsie Klein, Tyler Klein and Dallas Klein of Oregon1Great Grandchild: Jessie Ray KleinShe was preceded in death by Eugene and Irene KappFuneral service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, Jan.11th, at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel in Liberal with Fr. Jim Dieker and David Hearon presiding. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery.Visitation will be 1 – 8 pm Monday and 9 am until service time at Brenneman Funeral Home The family will be present from 6 – 7 pm Monday to receive friends at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
