Joseph A. “Joe” Moore Sr. 83, died Friday, May 24, 2013 at Good Samaritan Care Center, Liberal, Ks. He was born October 5, 1929 at Big Spring, Tx, to Norman A. Moore and Annie Bell (Blackwell). A resident of Liberal since 1950, he worked in the oilfield and was formally employed by Wakefield Oil Company. He Married Bernice (Stanfield). She preceeded him in death.Survivors: 1-Son: Douglas A.
