Lori Elizabeth Busby, 33 went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 17, 2016, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS.She was born on November 19, 1982, in Garden City, KS. She was the daughter of Larry Dean and Debra Renea (Underwood) Busby.She graduated from Liberal High School in 2001. She graduated from Southern Nazarene University at Bethany, OK with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.She was a teacher with the Kansas Children’s Service League.She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church, Liberal, KS. where she was active in the children’s department as a Sunday school teacher and dearly loved what she did. She was also a volunteer in the First Southern Baptist Church Food Pantry.Survivors include:Parents Larry Dean and Debra Renea Busby Liberal, KS.2 Brothers Larry Dean Busby, Jr. Liberal, KS. Kenneth Mansell and wife Lori Liberal, KS.Grandfather Leon Underwood Liberal KS.3 nephews Dylan Pemberton, Zach Mansell and Zeth Mansell. She was preceded in death by Grandparents Leonard Busby, Gladys Busby, Wanda Taylor Busby, and Nora Marvalene Underwood.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at First Southern Baptist Church in Liberal with Pastor Jack Jacob presiding. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 21, 2016, with the family present from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Brenneman Funeral Home in Liberal.
