Manuel Navarro-Pena, 79, died Thursday, January 13, 2011 at his residence in Liberal, KS.He was born April 18, 1931 in Santa Barbara, Chih., Mexico, the son of Esteban and Matiana (Pena) Navarro. In the 1950, he married Amanda Villalobos in Mexico. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday, Jan. 15th, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Enrique Estrada presiding. Burial will be held at Liberal Cemetery.
