Margaret Y. Catlin

Margaret Yvonne (Bell) Catlin passed away January 8, 2011. Born in 1916 in Hall Summitt, Kansas to Arthur and Blanche (Dolloff) Bell, she married Harold Malcolm Catlin in 1933. A longtime member of the Liberal community, she was active in many organizations including the First United Methodist Church, the Mother Singers, the Community Concert Series, the American Red Cross, the Girl Scouts of America and the Order of the Eastern Star.Mrs. Catlin was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Catlin and her daughter, Sharon Catlin Bonicelli. She is survived by a son, Arthur William Catlin, Liberal; a daughter Pamela Ann Catlin, Lilburn, GA; son-in-law Harold Bonicelli, Pueblo, CO; grandsons Douglas, Jordan and Grant Bonicelli and a great granddaughter Catlin Alexandra Bonicelli.Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at First United Methodist Church, Liberal with Reverend David Randall presiding. Burial will be in the Liberal Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church Music Fund in care of Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
