Nancy Gail Tolento, 56, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at her residence in Liberal.She was born August 31, 1956, in Liberal, to Leonard Leroy and Mildred Ruth (McCants) Jacobs.She graduated from Hooker High School in 1974, and Oklahoma Panhandle State University, Goodwell, in 1978. She received a Masters Degree from Northwest OK State University, Alva, graduating with a 4.0 G.P.A.She was employed by USD # 480, as a Counselor. She retired in 2012.She was a member of Needles and Friends Quilt Guild, and Timeless Treasures Quilt Guild.Survivors Include1 Son: Michael Tolento, of Liberal.1 Daughter: Ana-Alicia Tolento, of Shawnee, KS.1 Sister: Lenda Rae (Jacobs) Blain and spouse Robert E. Blain, of Liberal.She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronnie Leroy Jacobs. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 22, at Brenneman Funeral Home, with Pastor Rex Petty, officiating.
