Tori Danielle Lai

Tori Danielle Lai, age 30, died on Friday, September 19, 2025, at her residence in Liberal, Kansas.

She was born on January 13, 1995, in La Junta, Colorado, to Daniel and Sheryl (Price) Ferrell. She was a 2013 graduate of Rolla High School and continued her education at Oklahoma Panhandle State University where she graduated in 2017.

Tori was a cashier at Dollar Tree. She embodied a zest for life. She was particularly fond of the vibrant color green. She had a love for Batman and the charming world of Pokemon. She was particularly fond of Bulbasaur. Tori's enjoyment of Lego building brought out her imaginative side. She adored her dog, Bella, who was a faithful companion. More than anything, Tori cherished her family. She enjoyed watching football with her father cheering on the Green Bay Packers or the team opposite her father. She was immensely proud of her role as a wife and mother, always placing the needs of her loved ones above her own. Physically she was very strong and never complained when she hurt. Tori's husband was blessed to have someone who genuinely cared for him, balancing their lives with unwavering support. She loved her nieces and nephew with all her heart. Tori went above and beyond to ensure that those around her had everything they needed. She always did her best, and even in the face of challenges, she never gave up. Tori's caring nature towards everyone she met will remain eternally in our hearts.

She is survived by her husband, Austin Lai of Liberal, Kansas,

Parents, Daniel and Sheryl Ferrell of Seminole, Texas, Stepdaughter, Natalie Lai of Liberal, Kansas, Grandfather, Leroy Ferrell of Oregan, Brother Chad Ferrell of Seminole, Texas, and

Bo Ferrell and his wife, Joy of Seminole, Texas, Nieces, Kikiyo and Emory Ferrell, Nephew, Kase Ferrell,

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Harold Price, and

grandmothers, Florence Price and Norma Ferrell.
