After an amazing and full life Virginia Lois Pinkham, age 99, died on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Liberal, Kansas.
She was born on March 1, 1927, in Torrance, California, to Joseph Earl and Nannie (Parks) Huddleston.
Virginia graduated from Yamhill, Oregon High School in 1945. On September 28, 1946, she was united in marriage to Harmon L. Pinkham at the Terminal Island Chapel in Long Beach, California. They were married 55 years until his death on October 5, 2001.
Virginia devoted her life to being a homemaker and was a dedicated mother to two sons, five grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. She will be remembered for her love and devotion and will be greatly missed by her family and all who were fortunate to meet her.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Pinkham and his wife, June of Jackson, Mississippi,
Five grandchildren, Linda Martinez and her husband, Tony of Liberal,
Lori Bachman and her husband Tracy of Fort Dodge, Iowa,
Sandra Armstrong and her husband, Jim of Liberal, Kansas,
Buddy Pinkham and his wife, Leah of Florence, Mississippi,
Leighton Pinkham and his wife, Sarah of Rockwell, Texas.
Many great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Nannie Huddleston,
Sister, Mildred Huddleston, and four brothers, Jack Huddleston. Malcome Huddleston, Jay Huddleston, Raymond Huddleston, and son, Robert Lee Pinkham.
There will be no services.
Inurnment will be at a later date in Milbridge, Maine.
