She had obtained her GED.
On February 14, 2002 she married Manuel Torres in Dodge City, KS. He survives.
She was a devoted wife, mother and loved being a grandma.
She was a homemaker and worked as a secretary at National Beef Packing Company, LLC in Liberal, KS.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 11, 2019 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 613 Superior Street, Plains, KS 67869 with Reverend Ted Skalsky celebrating. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
There will be no visitation; Wendy’s Guest Register Book will be available for signing on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10, 2019 at Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd., Liberal, KS 67901.
